How many consultations does my membership include?
Each membership includes one monthly consultation. Members can purchase additional consultations at a discounted rate.
How many messages can I send per month?
There is no limit to the number of messages that can be sent. Once a trained professional responds to your message, you can send another.
How many children are included with my membership?
Each membership includes a maximum of 4 children. An initial consultation must be completed for each child.
Do you work with children with disabilities?
We work with all children.
What age of children do you work with?
We specialize in children from birth to 8 years of age; however, we support individuals across the lifespan.
How soon can I expect to receive a response from a team member?
You should receive a response within 48 hours.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Absolutely. The membership profile will need to be completed by the person who will be using it.
