When visitors leave comments or messages on our site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We employ end to end encryption to protect your data, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Images and video uploaded to the site will be processed in accordance with HIPAA regulations and will be shared with professionals who require access to them to provide you with our services. We will not make your images and videos public in any way.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
