Josh earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management of Technology from the University of New Mexico. He began his corporate career in project management at Sandia National Laboratories, where he managed projects with multimillion-dollar budgets. During his tenure at Sandia National Labs, Josh also obtained his Project Management Professional Certification.
Josh is passionate about entrepreneurship. He founded and served as the CEO of Splee, LLC, a commercial and residential janitorial company that employed hundreds of people in North Central Florida. Over five years, the company experienced significant growth and was successfully sold in December of 2021.
